Appointment Instructions for ALL clients (current and new):

  • New 2024 – Missed Appointment and Late Arrival Policy -We reserve the right to charge a $25 non-refundable scheduling fee for all future appointments if:
    • The appointment is canceled within an hour of the scheduled time
    • You do not show up for the appointment or call ahead to reschedule (more than 2 instances of not showing for an appointment will be required to pay scheduling fee for future appointments)
  • Please call in advance if you are running late for your appointment -any arrival more than 10 minutes late past the scheduled appointment may be required to be rescheduled, stay as a walk-in or changed to a drop-off appointment if the schedule allows. This ensures that patients scheduled after the late appointment don’t have their appointment times disrupted.
  • We understand that schedule changes and illnesses happen. If you will not be able to make your appointment, please contact our hospital as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
  • For established clients, please confirm all appointments with text through PetDesk or phone call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time.
  • We have a pre-exam form available that you can fill out ahead of your appointment via Rapid Check-In HERE – this helps to give our veterinarians and staff information for your pet ahead of the appointment to optimize our appointment time.
  • If your pet is experiencing any coughing, gagging, or sneezing, please call our clinic from the car when you arrive, and remain in your car with your pet until a staff member is able to come out to you. Respiratory illnesses can be highly contagious, and to limit contact between other patients in our lobby, we start these visits curbside. For our canine patients, initial examination will take place outside with these symptoms; our feline patients will be taken to a room once one is available to avoid contact time with other patients in our lobby.
